Delete your SOMA account

Delete it yourself in the app

  1. Open the SOMA app and log in.
  2. Go to Profile / Settings and tap Delete account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Or ask us to delete it

Email privacy@soma.ke from the email address registered on your account, with the subject Delete my SOMA account. We complete requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email, phone number, school and county, profile photo, password, Tuma AI chat history, quiz answers and results, progress, streaks, badges, certificates, Quiz Arena scores, notifications and device tokens.

What is kept

Payment, subscription and lesson-booking records are kept for accounting and legal reasons. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
